Or your money back?

What's the point of a warranty? Twice this morning, I have tried to get warranty or return service - one for my laptop and one for a book that I bought. Neither was met with any assitance. In fact, I was met with shocking prices that would be on my head to cover. So....this lend to the notion of why in the hell did I spend extra money on warranty coverage or why did that associate tell me that I could return it and now I'm the one who has to pay? This morning marked a first - hanging up on a phone associate and walking out on a manager of a store. Not some of my finer moments. But seriously - what's the dice!?!

Oh I've got a list of atrocities, but none compare to how much Dell screwed me over - so they're still ahead. But yeah - Mac isn't all that.

Matt - after you invent your tooth phone, you'll have enough money to start your own computer corporation where you can outdo both the manners and the technology of Dell and Mac.
Then I'll buy another computer from you. Yay!!

I think you should start leaving that manager that you walked out on anonymous notes taped to their store or desk. That could add some flair and fun to life...think about it
